I translate SACRED MIND instead of Holy Heart
Because it is not “beating with thoughts” but… “darting down with thoughts.”

And phrontísi (φροντίσι, “with thoughts,” deriving from phren, φρὴν)………… καταΐσσουσα (darting down) θοῇσιν (swiftly)

MIND, not HEART

Sure, phren is the muscle that makes us breathe and go to the toilet.

The word psyche likely also comes from the onomatopoeic root PSSSS, as phren comes from PFFFF.
